RapidRecall is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the exam providers whose exams it prepares you for (see §4). By accessing or using the RapidRecall study products, websites, and apps (the “Service”) — including our ServSafe® Manager and MBLEx® preparation — you agree to these Terms.
RapidRecall provides independent exam-preparation study materials and tools for the exams it covers — currently the ServSafe® Manager Certification examination and the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx®). The Service is an educational study aid only and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any exam provider (see §4). The terms “Pass Pack,” “Pass Holder,” and “Purchaser” have the meanings given in Section 6C (Team Purchases).
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase. Individuals under 18 may use the free study materials only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
RapidRecall is a study aid. It is not food-safety, medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, licensure, or operational compliance advice, and using it creates no professional relationship. Except as expressly provided in Section 6A, 6B (Pass Guarantee), or 6C (Team Pass Pledge) — which is a refund remedy, not a promise of outcome — we do not guarantee that you will pass the ServSafe® Manager exam, the MBLEx®, or any examination. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
RapidRecall is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Restaurant Association, National Restaurant Association Solutions, LLC, National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, or ServSafe®. ServSafe® is a registered trademark of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), used under license by National Restaurant Association Solutions, LLC; “National Restaurant Association®” is a trademark of its owner. RapidRecall is likewise not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB) or any state massage board. MBLEx® and the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination are trademarks of the FSMTB. We use these names only to identify the exams for which these independent materials prepare you.
The current version does not require an account; access is tied to your purchase (see §6). If we later add accounts, cross-device sync, or identity-linked progress, we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before launching those features, and you will be responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Team Purchasers create an administrator login to manage their account; administrators are responsible for their credentials and for activity under their account. Pass Holders do not need an account.

This guarantee is a refund commitment, not a promise of exam outcomes; the exam is administered solely by official ServSafe® providers. This guarantee applies to individual purchases only; team Pass Packs are covered by the Team Pass Pledge in Section 6C.
If you purchase MBLEx® Standard or Premium, take the MBLEx® within your 12-month access period, and don't pass, we'll refund your full purchase price. To claim: email support@rapidrecallprep.com within 30 days of your exam date with your purchase email and documentation of the attempt (your official score result). One refund per customer. This guarantee is a refund commitment, not a promise of exam outcomes; the MBLEx® is developed and administered solely by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB) and its official providers. This guarantee applies to individual purchases only; team Pass Packs are covered by the Team Pass Pledge in Section 6C.
(a) Pass Packs. Rapid Recall Technologies LLC ("we," "us") sells Pass Packs — bundles of individual study passes — to businesses and other organizations. Each pass gives one person (a "Pass Holder") the same study content and features as an individual Premium purchase of our ServSafe® Manager prep package, which also includes our independent alcohol-server study materials. The person completing a team purchase (the "Purchaser") represents that they are authorized to buy on the organization's behalf. Passes are for the Purchaser's employees and contractors and may not be resold or transferred outside the organization (the purchasing entity and its wholly-owned or majority-controlled affiliates).
(b) Pass Life, Names, and Reassignment. Unused passes may be assigned to anyone in the organization and must be activated within 12 months of purchase. A pass activates when its holder first opens their study link, accepts the study terms, and enters their name; from activation it runs 12 months, or until the Purchaser reports that the holder passed the exam. Names may be corrected at any time — the name identifies the person, and fixing a spelling or reflecting a legal name change is always allowed — but an activated pass cannot be transferred to a different person.
(c) What the Employer Can See. The Purchaser's account administrator can see each Pass Holder's study progress — items studied, practice-exam scores, readiness status, and any exam information submitted with a Pledge claim — for administering the organization's training program only. Our service does not capture audio or video, does not access anything else on a Pass Holder's device, and does not require installing any application; Pass Holders study through an ordinary web link. Purchasers may not use this information as the sole basis for discipline or termination, and must comply with applicable employee-monitoring and privacy laws, including any required prior written notices, acknowledgments, postings, or annual and pre-hire disclosures in their state; the Purchaser represents that it has provided all such legally required notices to its staff before assigning passes. Pass Holders are shown a privacy notice — including this employer visibility — before entering their name, and may contact support@rapidrecallprep.com to access, correct, or request deletion of their information.
(d) The Team Pass Pledge. A pass reaches "Exam Ready" when its holder has completed the full question bank and scored 85% or higher on two timed practice exams; we record these milestones with dates, and the criteria in effect when a pack is purchased apply for that pack's life. If an Exam Ready Pass Holder takes the ServSafe® Manager exam after the date the pass reached Exam Ready and within the pass's active period, and does not pass, the Purchaser may claim the Pledge from the dashboard within 60 days of the exam date (this window is extended if our service or the exam results are delayed): the used pass is replaced with a fresh pass returned to the pack — assign it to the same person's retake, or to anyone else in the organization. The replacement pass runs 90 days or the original pass's remaining time, whichever is longer, and covers the next attempt the exam administrator permits. One Pledge claim per Pass Holder per account. Claims are confirmed within 5 business days. The Pledge is a replacement commitment — not a cash refund, and not a promise of exam outcomes; the exam is created and administered by its owner and its authorized exam administrators, not by us, and is subject to the administrator's own retake rules. Extended-time practice-exam settings are available on request and do not affect Pledge eligibility; they are a study feature we offer — requests for formal accommodations on the actual ServSafe® Manager exam must be made through the exam administrator.
(e) Scope. The Pledge covers the ServSafe® Manager exam only; alcohol-server and food-handler materials are included as-is, with no guarantee. The individual Pass Guarantees (Sections 6A and 6B) apply to individual purchases only — the Team Pass Pledge is the team equivalent. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable right the Purchaser or a Pass Holder has under applicable law. (f) Team Billing. Team purchases are completed through our checkout or, for larger orders, by written quote and invoice. A mutually signed quote or invoice may vary payment, pricing, tax, and delivery terms only — it never modifies Pass-Holder-facing terms, the Pledge, or our privacy commitments. Pass-Holder-facing terms bind a Pass Holder upon that person's acceptance at activation; Pledge and payment rights and obligations between us and the Purchaser do not depend on Pass-Holder acceptance. Section 6's payment and fraud provisions apply to card purchases; invoiced orders are payable as stated on the invoice.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own exam preparation. You may print or download materials for your personal study. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, post, publicly display, upload, provide shared access to, or scrape the content; create derivative prep products from it; reverse engineer the Service; or use it to build a competing product.
All content, software, designs, and materials are owned by Rapid Recall Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Our content is independently developed and is not copied from proprietary exams or third-party prep materials. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
IP complaints. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@rapidrecallprep.com with identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement, and we will review it.
The Service relies on third-party providers — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (pseudonymous study telemetry/analytics), and hosting/content-delivery providers — and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content; their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.
We aim to provide accurate, current study materials, but the Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that all content will be error-free, complete, or current for every jurisdiction or exam update. Food-safety rules, massage-licensure requirements, and exam content change and vary by jurisdiction; you are responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant authority — for food safety, your local regulatory authority and the current FDA Food Code; for massage licensure, your state massage board and the FSMTB.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidRecall will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or exam outcomes. For paid users, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless only for third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Termination for violation does not entitle you to a refund, except where required by law or by our refund policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms; we will post the updated version with a new effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court where permitted. Otherwise, the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia will have venue, unless applicable consumer law gives you another right.
